How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure we can accommodate your design and flavor preferences, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance for cupcakes and 5-7 days for custom celebration cakes.
Do you offer same-day delivery across Sydney?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for a selection of our most popular cupcake assortments if ordered before 11:00 AM AEST. Please check the 'Available Today' section for options.
Do you provide gluten-free or vegan options?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated range of gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan cupcakes. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, please note our kitchen handles nuts, wheat, and dairy.
What is your refund policy for cancelled orders?
Orders cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will receive a store credit, as ingredients and preparations have already begun.
How should I store my cakes and cupcakes?
Our treats are best enjoyed at room temperature. If you are not eating them immediately, store them in a cool, dry place. We recommend refrigerating cakes with cream cheese frosting but bringing them to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
Can I customize the colors and decorations?
Yes, we love creating unique treats! You can specify color palettes and add custom toppers or messages during the checkout process for all our signature cake designs.
